Organic Tempranillo grapes are harvested over several sites and fermented with wild yeasts. The wine is then further aged in stainless steel before bottling cloudy with minimal sulphite addition. It has bright flavours of red cherries, raspberries, kirsch and almond. This is a smooth red wine that holds all the juicy aspects of the Tempranillo. Expect a touch of purple flowers on the finish and an all-round wild ride of spice.
