Tonellerie Bossuet is France's most renowned cooperage and thats where Kilchoman have sourced the barrels for this very special, first ever cognac cask single malt release. Aged for over 6 years this release is full of wonderful smoked butter and fruit. Dried lemon and apricot combine with cinnamon and nutmeg which are held together by an influence of toasted oak and sweet peat smoke. Surprising well balanced.
